Shipping policy

By purchasing from organoessentials.com, you agree with this shipping and delivery policy. We process your orders as efficiently as possible. All orders are prepared and shipped within 2-7 business days. This depends on the inventory level, because some items are made on demand and are outsourced. Once your order is shipped, a confirmation with tracking information will be sent to you via email or text. Once your order has been assigned shipping information, it can no longer be cancelled or modified.

Delivery time varies. Delivery time depends on each product and the customer’s country. Typically, it takes 15 to 30 business days for shipping and delivery. Delivery time may take longer than stated during high season, limited edition launch and public holidays. We thank you for your patience.

Organo Essentials does not take responsibility for delivery delays that happen due to third-party services, natural occurrences, strikes customs, extra fees or back-end charges. Organo Essentials will not be held responsible for lost goods if an incorrect shipping address is provided.
